Warsaw Police responded to the downtown area just after 7 a.m. after a call came in regarding a handwritten bomb threat that was on a business adjacent to the Kosciusko County Justice Building, with the threat directed toward the county probation department.

Police conducted a thorough search of the building, but located nothing suspicious. An investigation quickly ensued, leading to information regarding the suspect, 38-year old Travis Lee Henson.

A search warrant was executed at an apartment in the 500-block of East Fort Wayne Street, where Henson was taken into custody. Police also found additional evidence during the search.

Henson was taken to the Kosciusko County Jail with pending charges to be announced.
