Clay High School teacher placed on administrative leave has returned to the classroom

The Clay High School teacher who was placed on administrative leave after inviting Right to Life Michiana to speak to their students has returned to the classroom.

The South Bend Community School Corporation says this is a human resources and personnel issue. School officials say the issue it has been dealt with.

Superintendent Todd Cummings says the visit was not authorized and the teacher was placed on leave pending an investigation.
