GOP files complain against Michigan Governor Whitmer

The Republican party in Michigan has filed a complaint with the state against Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

The compliant states the re-election campaign paid for the use of a private jet that her and her security detail used while visiting her father in Florida.

According to WSBT, the Michigan GOP says the trip was not for official business, but instead for personal use.

Whitmer’s campaign contends the compliant, stating that the costs of her security detail can be covered by candidate committees.

Deflection. They are not concerned with the security detail…but paying for the private jet for personal use.

If she paid for it out of her own pocket it wouldn’t be an issue.
