The South Shore has announced a special “Buy One Get One” ticket deal for the summer.

The South Shore Line says passengers who buy a paper July monthly ticket should hang onto it, and use it through August. Passengers who buy a digital ticket through the mobile app will see an August ticket uploaded to their accounts before August 1.

Any passengers who receive tickets through a benefit program should not order their August tickets if they get one in July. All passengers are encouraged to download the South Shore Mobile to buy tickets and passes.
