Women arrested after brandishing a knife

A woman in Elkhart is accused of brandishing a knife towards a man and a child after an argument.

27-year-old Raquel Flores Cervantes was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly punching a man and then attempting to stab through a locked door, according to The Elkhart Truth.

Cervantes is charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon, domestic battery in the presence of a child, and resisting law enforcement.

She was booked into the Elkhart County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bond.
