Deputies in LaGrange investigating a burglary involving antiques

The LaGrange County Sherriff’s office is asking for your help regarding a burglary that happened on June 21.

Deputies were called out to the area of 1100 East and 300 North in LaGrange after receiving a call about a trailer with a John Deere Gator parked on it.

Officials say when they arrived, they located and recovered the trailer and the John Deere Gator.

However, deputies say upon further investigation, they discovered that the residence and several outbuildings had been burglarized.

Deputies say some of the items include antiques, antique hand tools, two go-carts, an aluminum boat, an antique Ford sign and a large church bell.
