No appointments needed at Berrien County Records Lobbies beginning next week

The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office Records Lobbies in both St Joseph and Niles will re-open to the public without an appointment starting on Tuesday, July 6. Individuals will no longer need to make an appointment for the following services:

  • Firearms Purchase Permits
  • Sex Offender Registry for those who need verify that month
  • Fingerprinting
  • Copy of police reports or other public records

St. Joseph Office Hours: 919 Port Street, St Joseph MI, 49085 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Niles Office Hours: 1205 Front Street, Niles MI 49120 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

No CPL Fingerprinting on Mondays, fingerprinting only available until 4:00 PM on Tuesday through Friday
