A truck driver was indicted by a Grand Jury in relation to a four car crash that killed a Breman woman.

According to court documents, back in February, Delbert Ray Polenske was driving East on US 6 when his semi truck struck the rear of a Ford Focus driven by Melia Byrer.

As a result, Byrers vehicle was pushed into oncoming traffic where it was struck by two other cars.
