A Mishawaka man was killed in a car crash in Elkhart County.

The collision happened just after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, July 21, on Old U.S. 20 near Lexington Park Drive.

Officers arrived to find a westbound vehicle that went off the road and hit large steel support beam.

The driver, identified as Justin Bidlack, 44, was pronounced dead at the scene.

There were no other passengers in the car.
