On Tuesday night, a man jumped into an ambulance parked at a Family express gas station in Valparaiso and took off.

The man, whose name has not been shared by police, drove the ambulance to the Walmart on U.S. 6 in Portage and left it in the parking lot.

He was arrested and booked into the Porter County Jail, according to The Times of Northwest Indiana.
