This year’s event is a hybrid event and includes an in-person 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk, and a virtual 1-Mile Fun Walk.

In the wake of COVID, they have decided to host the Run both in-person and virtually for everyone’s health and safety. They have also decided not to host the pancake breakfast or Family Fun Fest this year.
For the virtual Fun Run, participants can choose their course anywhere at their own pace. For the time to be recorded, participants will need to complete their race between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Aug. 7. on 8/7/21. To keep the experience to be as interactive as possible, they encourage participants to use the RaceJoy app to track their run/walk, receive progress alerts and “cheers” along the way.
Participation in this event is an opportunity to raise awareness about what we do at LOGAN, supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities so that they and their families may achieve their desired quality of life.
