Indiana Dunes seeking food vendors

The National Park Service is seeking food truck or other self-contained food service vendors to serve park visitors.

At Indiana Dunes National Park food service vendors are needed at various locations, special events and festival that include the Outdoor Adventure Festival and the Indiana Dunes Apple Festival in September.

These events draw between 1,200 and 3,000 people per day.

Federal regulations require individuals or groups who are selling food or other items to obtain a Commercial Use Authorization permit.

They also must comply with county and federal health regulations.

Selected applicants will be required to provide valid proof of insurance and current ServSafe certifications for all employees.
