After receiving complaints about possible drug dealing, shots fired and other violence in the 700 block of N. Cushing Street, South Bend Police has removed several guns, ammo, drugs, drug dealing materials and has arrested five people.

The Strategic Focus Unit and Indiana State Police conducted the sweeps in two separate instances last week.
