If you have something to say about the future of South Bend’s Venues Parks & Arts, you have a chance to say it on Thursday.
The parks department is hosting what they call a “community check in” where you can suggest ideas and provide feedback on the state of the city’s parks, recent projects and plans for the future.
The meeting is set for 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 19, in the Pinhook Community Center at Pinhook Park on Riverside Drive.
Executive Director Aaron Perri will present a rundown of the department’s progress, as well as plans moving forward.
If you can’t attend, the meeting will also be live-streamed on the Venues Parks and Arts Facebook page.
