Food Bank drive thru distribution schedule for September

The Food Bank of Northern Indiana has released its September Food Distribution schedule:

Thursday, September 9, 2021 – Starke County: 10 a.m. – Noon CT at the Hamlet Fire Department, 15 W. Indiana Street, Hamlet, IN 46532

Wednesday, September 15, 2021 – LaPorte County: 10 a.m. – Noon CT at Washington Park, Fedder’s Alley (enter through the main gate for Washington Park Beach), Michigan City, IN 46360

Wednesday, September 15, 2021 – St. Joseph County: 10 a.m. – Noon ET at Ozark Pawn parking lot, 1006 S. Merrifield Avenue, Mishawaka, IN 46544

Thursday, September 16, 2021 – St. Joseph County: 10 a.m. – Noon ET at Hand to Hand Food Pantry, 4612 W. Western Avenue, South Bend, IN 46619

Friday, September 17, 2021 – St. Joseph County: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. ET at Healthlinc, 1708 High Street, South Bend, IN 46613

Monday, September 20, 2021 – St. Joseph County: 10 a.m. – Noon ET at Osceola United Methodist Church, 431 N. Beech Road, Osceola, IN 46561

Wednesday, September 22, 2021 – Starke County: 10 a.m. – Noon CT at Knox United Methodist Church, 201 S. Shield Street, Knox, IN 46534

Thursday, September 23, 2021 – St. Joseph County: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. ET at Healthlinc, 420 W. 4th Street #100, Mishawaka, IN 46544

Friday, September 24, 2021 – LaPorte County: 10 a.m. – Noon CT at LaPorte County Fairgrounds, 2581 IN 2, LaPorte, IN 46350

Thursday, September 30, 2021 – St. Joseph County: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET at Food Bank of Northern Indiana, 702 Chapin Street, South Bend, IN 46601

Assorted food items are offered free of charge. All items are pre-boxed and pre-bagged. First come, first served, while supplies last for those in need of food assistance. One box per household.

Distributions are drive-thru. Please remain in your vehicle and open your trunk to receive items.

An area is available for self-loading if your trunk does not open.
