A former Brandywine teacher has been sentenced to 3 years probation for solicitation.

Patrick Stier, 44, pleaded guilty on Monday to accosting a child for immoral purposes. WSBT reports that he will be on electronic monitoring for 90 days, live under a curfew, and register as a sex offender.

Stier attempted to solicit sex from a teenage girl through texts and a phone app, and he admitted on a Facebook live that he appeared at a local hotel to have sex with the child.
