The Elkhart Public Library is hosting a Short Film Festival, later this month, at the Elkhart Environmental Center.
It is set for 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 25, outside of the Elkhart Environmental Center on East Lusher Avenue.
Attendees will be able to watch ten films twenty minutes in length or shorter.
Viewers will then be able to go vote on their favorite films. All films airing are currently eligible to be nominated in the Academy Awards’ short film category.
Kona Ice and Dutch Kernel will be on hand to serve refreshments.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets.
The festival is free to attend.
