South Bend Police busy investigating two shootings early Tuesday morning

One person was hurt in a shooting in South Bend. It happened around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sep. 21, in the 100 block of Iowa Street. The victim was reportedly hit by several bullets.

Another man was shot in a separate instance in South Bend. It happened around 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday at Olive and Washington Streets in South Bend, according to ABC 57.

There was no immediate information regarding the victims’ injuries in either shooting.

There was no word of any suspects, arrests or details about what led to the gunfire in either case.
