An Elkhart County man convicted of shooting and killing his uncle back in 2015 hurled foul language at the judge during his sentencing.
It was just before he received his 63-year sentence that Charles David Bussard, 31, said “F – You” to the judge. He said those were the words his uncle said to him just before he was shot back in 2015, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.
After the shooting, prosecutors say Bussard burned his uncle’s body, ground his bones and flushed them down the toilet.
The case was first filed as missing persons case and went cold until last year, when Bussard confessed.
He told police, at the time, he did it because he was tired of hearing his uncle’s rude comments.
