The Humane Society of St. Joseph County is holding an adoption special for the whole month of October, for National Adopt a Pet Month.

The special is $50 for a dog over a year old.

The dogs are spayed/neutered, have up-to-date vaccinations, microchipped, and have gone through a heartworm test.

The same goes for all the shelter’s animals.
