Goshen’s Common Council passed their 2022 budget on Tuesday.

The Council passed the budget after making deductions of nearly $1.8 million. The Elkhart Truth reports that the total after amendments was $69.7 million, ending with a net reduction compared to the original proposal.

Mayor Stutsman presented the changes from the budget numbers that had received a first-reading vote in September.

How much of that $70 million was Democrat handouts and giveaways? What percentage of the city budget actually went to municipal operations?

It would be interesting to see.
