A Cass County man has pleaded guilty to murder.

The victim, Michael Vines, 64, was shot to death in Kalamazoo.

Jordan Johnson, 30, admitted to investigators he was jealous when the mother of his child, and his child, moved in with Vines, earlier this year.

Johnson pleaded guilty to second degree murder and weapons-related charges, according to WSBT.

He’s been in jail without bond since the killing.

He’s expected to receive a 25 to 45 year sentence in December.
