Suspected drug activity led the South Bend Police Strategic Focus Unit to serve several search warrants, this week, in the 600 block of South 27th Street and the 5000 block of Sunnyfield Place.

Between the two locations, officers recovered approximately 80 grams of heroin and fentanyl, two guns and approximately $4,000 cash.

James Felix III was arrested on drug and weapons charges. Sheaunta Hardnette was arrested on drug charges.

Both have been booked into the St. Joseph County Jail.
