3-month-old boy one of two people shot in Benton Harbor on Sunday

A shooting took place over the weekend on River Terrace Drive at the River Terrace Housing Complex. A 3-month-old boy is one of two people shot in Benton Harbor.

Officers were called just after 9 o’clock, Sunday evening, Dec. 12, to River Terrace Apartment. There they learned the victims had been driven to the emergency room at spectrum Health Lakeland.

A 20-year-old with the child was also suffering from a gunshot wound. Both received just minor injuries.

Investigators say it’s not known if the two were the intended targets.
