Fireworks return to downtown Elkhart to ring in the New Year.

INOVA Federal Credit Union partnered with the Elkhart Parks and Recreation Department for the celebration, which also includes free skating at NIBCO Water and Ice Park from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Friday night, Dec. 31.

Spectators can view the fireworks show from INOVA’s offices at 358 South Elkhart Avenue.
