A Middlebury man has been sentenced after confessing to his pastor to child molestation.
Floyd Schrock, 40, received a 12-year sentence after he pleaded guilty to one count of molesting.
He was arrested early last year after a sheriff’s detective interviewed the pastor, who said Schrock admitted to inappropriately touching his victim “off and on” for the past three years, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.
The girl told Schrock that he made her afraid, The Elkhart Truth reported.
She said Schrock apologized and said he knew it was wrong.
