Police investigating after threat made against a South Bend middle school

Police are investigating after a threat was made against a South Bend middle school.

Officials from Navarre Middle School learned of the threat that was made on Snapchat around 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 19.

ABC 57 News reports they contacted South Bend Police and went into crisis management protocol.

Police were present throughout the day and Navarre’s security team is continuing to monitor the building.
