The Michigan Senate has approved more than a billion dollars for the state’s COVID response, and to hang onto its medical personnel.

The bill directs more than $500 million to COVID testing, including providing test kits to schools. It includes $300 million for healthcare recruitment, retention and training, more than $360 million for lab work, $150 million for COVID safety in schools, and $70 million for adult care facilities.

M-Live reports that the bill approves $1.2 billion, with more than half a billion coming from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund of the American Rescue Plan. The balance comes from other American Rescue Plan and FEMA grants, and other federal sources.

A giant waste of taxpayer money to fix a problem entirely caused by unscientific vaccine mandates. Why are we on the hook for the healthcare administrations’ idiocy?
