A man who was caught on camera assaulting his Elkhart girlfriend’s dog has been sentenced.
On Sep. 15, 2020, Dylan Roberts was caught hitting, kicking and slamming the animal to the floor.
Court documents show Roberts pleaded guilty to one count of animal abuse and was sentenced to one year of home detention.
The dog, named Abby, died.
She was a one-eyed Boston Terrier who was deaf and blind.

1 year of home detention????? What the hell is wrong with the garbage judicial system? This trash should be burned alive!! And the poor dogs owner should never be allowed to have another dog, due to her inability to find someone with decency and kindness!! This is horrible and a disgrace to justice system!!
