A new Miss Elkhart County and Miss Outstanding Teen were named last weekend.

Alexandra Kokesh of Middlebury was crowned Miss Outstanding Teen at the event at The Goshen Theater Saturday night. First runner up was Yadira Munoz.

Miss Elkhart County was Anyssa Mujica, a student at Purdue. The runner up was Julianna Niebba.

The winners move on to the state competition in mid-June.
