Rokita takes stand against climate change policy impositions

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita says he is defending Hoosiers against an attempt by Delaware courts “to impose climate change policy on Indiana and the rest of the nation.”

Delaware is seeking to sue numerous fossil-fuel companies on the premise that the companies’ activities have contributed to global climate change.

Rokita says using public-nuisance laws to punish fossil-fuel companies is “not the correct approach and smacks of leftists who want to curtail the liberty of people by driving up costs of fuel while reducing their choices for various types of fuel.”

Let me see if I remember, Joe Biden is from Delaware isn’t he? Governments are instituted among men (women) to SECURE RIGHTS. It says so right there in the 2nd paragraph of the Declaration of Independence right after “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Do the fools in Delaware and elsewhere who think the planet is dying know how the Sun effects our planet? Every climate cycle in known history can be traced back to the activity of the Sun. Long before the industrial revolution there was climate change based on the Sun and/or the oscillating magnetic pole. I’m pretty sure humans have nothing to do with either nor effect them in any way.

Look around your current position. Everything you see has some component of fossil fuel in it. Petrochemicals are vital to our modern life. You clothes, drugs, and your stuff will disappear if we eliminate fossil fuel. Your abundant food supply will or is about to disappear because Dopey King Xo the Idiot of Brandonville is about to eliminate fertilizer by his green weenie policies.

Delaware gave us Biden. How about they take that fossil fool back and leave our fossil fuels alone?
