Two people shot in Michigan City, police asking for public’s help with information

Two people are recovering after being shot in Michigan City. Police were called to the area of U.S. 20 and Hitchcock Street around 7:45 p.m. on Friday, March 25, on the report of shots fired.

The two victims were taken by LaPorte County EMS to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
