The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing woman and her 5-month old son.

Officials say Alexis Morales was last seen Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., leaving South Bend’s Howard Park. She and her son Messiah Morales were in her Silver 2006 BMX X5 SUV with the license plate MULA LUV.

She reportedly told friends that she was headed home to New Paris. Alexis was last seen wearing a black shirt, black Ugg shoes, black leggings with flowers, and a black Nike jacket. Messiah was wearing a baby blue jacket with matching sweatpants, a blue sweater, grey with yellow socks, and a Mickey Mouse blanket.
