The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is conducting a death investigation on West Hively Avenue.

Elkhart Police received a call around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, about a body found near a dumpster behind a business in the 100 block of West Hively, and found the body of an adult male.

There was no immediate indication of how the man might have died.
