South Shore line makes masks optional

You don’t have to wear a mask onboard the South Shore line, anymore.

The commuter train is following new guidance from the TSA and making masks optional for passengers on the trains and at the train stations.

Crews will continue to provide free masks for those who prefer to wear one.
