An arrest has been made in the shooting death of 28-year-old Civon Green of Mishawaka.

Green was shot around 8:30 p.m., on April 18, in the 1300 block of 27th Street, in South Bend, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The South Bend Violent Crimes Unit arrested the victim’s girlfriend, 27-year-old Marqisha Monee Thomas on Wednesday, April 20.

She has been charged with murder and a felony firearm enhancement. Thomas will be arraigned at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 22.
