Guns found in car pulled over near Goshen HS

Police in Goshen are investigating after a pair of guns were found in a car that was leaving Goshen High School on Tuesday.

It happened around 10 a.m. when the car was stopped near the corner of Main and Mill Streets. The vehicle was stopped for having dark-tinted windows.

The investigation is ongoing and no other details have been released.

Guns in cars go by Goshen HS every single day, thousands or tens of thousands of them! Why is this news? If you can’t say, then this isn’t a story.

This is why it’s relevant:

Sure, people who have guns drive past the school, but what’s concerning is that there were guns in a car *on the school campus*.

I did read the article and I can see why my comment was a little confusing, so I will narrow the scope:

There are dozens if not hundreds of guns inside cars on that campus every day, legally. It became legal in 2014.

So, again, why is this news?
