S230 is fine, it just needs to be enforced. Make companies declare if they are a publisher or a platform, and then HOLD THEM TO IT.

The problem with S230 has always been companies skating the line to claim the best of both worlds.

ANY change to the wording of S230 should be limited to (c)(2)(A):

“any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected; or ”otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected ” is their catchall loophole.

Replace the entire clause to use US law as the standard for material that can be removed.
