A local ministry is a finalist in the State Farm Neighborhood Assistant grant program.

The St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Joseph County’s Sweet Dreams Ministry gives children mattresses, bed frames, pillows, sheets, and blankets and they are just 1 of 200 finalists for the grant.

But, in order to be one of the 100 causes to receive the $25,000 grant, the public has to vote on them. Voting is open until May 6th and everyone can vote 10 times each day.

The winners will be announced on June 7th.

To vote, you can visit the State Farm website here, www.neighborhoodassist.com , or the Society’s website here, www.svdpsb.org.
