It’s 52 years in prison for a South Bend woman who shot and killed a 17-year-old boy during an argument nearly two years ago.

Kristy Hawkins, 40, was convicted by a jury for the murder of Allen Williams.

He died in the 3400 block of Curtiss Drive in South Bend.

Witnesses told police Hawkins got into a fight with another female during a gathering, got a gun from her car and fired several shots, one of them hitting Williams.

Hawkins claimed several people in the group were firing guns, but that was not the case, prosecutors determined.

when living that life catches up with you; ur 40 yrs old messing around with a 17yr old kid, but can’t accept the fact he wanted to be with someone younger than an old ass woman.🤦‍♀️ That didn’t justify murdering him.🧐
