An Indiana State Police Trooper has been arrested for battery. Sascha Nixon reports.
Indiana State Police reported that Master Trooper Michael Meiser of Peru was arrested and taken to the Miami County Jail on Thursday.
The Trooper was charged with battery after an incident with an Indiana State Police employee.
Meiser, a 16-year veteran of the Indiana State Police, will complete administrative tasks until the case against him concludes.
