Downtown South Bend, Summer Fitness Series returning

Downtown South Bend’s Summer Fitness Series will be returning starting on June 4 at the Gridiron in every Saturday starting at 8:00 a.m.

These free drop-in classes include yoga, Zumba, boot camp, hip hop, Barre and more. In the case of rain, classes will be moved to the fifth floor of the Leighton Parking Garage.

Classes are led by professional instructors from Beacon Health & Fitness, the Kroc Center, Flow With
Frick Yoga, Wepa Dance Studio, Bend Yoga, True Balance Yoga, Pure Core Health & Fitness, Beyond Zen
Studio, World Gym, B Present Studio, YMCA of Greater Michiana, Inhale Exhale, Yoga Flow South Bend,
Healing Lab Yoga, Soul Fire Yoga, Elite Performance Center, KFit Health and Wellness, Burn Bootcamp
Granger, and Independent Instructors.

Participants should dress in appropriate clothing and footwear, bring adequate fluids, and will be
required to sign a waiver for the season. Bottled water and hand sanitizer will be available for
participants, but mat rentals will not.

Free parking is available on the street and in the Leighton Parking Garage; enter off Jefferson Blvd.

Saturday, August 6: Les Mills Tone
Saturday, August 13: Barre
Saturday, August 20: Art Beat! (No classes)
Saturday, August 27: Bootcamp
