Indiana’s attorney general is suing the Biden Administration over immigration.

Attorney General Todd Rokita has filed a lawsuit that says President Biden has ignored the country’s immigration laws and allowed hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants into this country, including thousands who have ended-up in Indiana.

Rokita also claims that the influx of illegal immigrants is tied to the influx of fentanyl in the United States, and an increase in the number of sex offenders.

Rokita says President Biden’s immigration policy costs Indiana more than a half-billion dollars a year.
