A Dowagiac man died after being shot in Benton Harbor.
Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety officers were called around 3:20 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, to the 900 block of Buss Avenue.
When officers got to the scene they found the 41-year-old man dead.
Images taken from a video surveillance system at the apartment complex show two males dressed in dark clothing watching a group of people. One of the males approached the group and shot the victim.
A second male then shot at the bystanders leaving the area with a rifle.
A third person seen walking with the two males.
