An ice cream truck driver arrested in Indianapolis for shooting and killing a man at a gas station.
Video surveillance at the Marathon station along East 38th Street shows Darius Butt driving the ice cream truck and slamming into a Chevy Camaro belonging to Desmond Banks.
That was around 10:45 last Thursday night. Both looked at the damage and then exchanged words with each other.
Butts is then seen pulling out a gun and shooting Banks. He drove off before police got there.
An hour later, Butts returned in the ice cream truck to the scene, fessed up to officers there, and was arrested. The charge will likely be murder.
