The South Bend Community School Corporation has been finding it difficult to hire school bus driver.

They’re hosting a series of mobile hiring events, to fill positions.

The school district says they’re hiring for mechanics, call center representatives, drivers, and dispatchers.

They say that there will be an opportunity to drive a school bus, for those interested.

There are Mobile Job interviews on June 30 & July 14 at the Clay International Academy, located at 52900 Lily Road in South Bend, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

There is also a Mobile Job Interview on July 7 at Jefferson Traditional School located at 528 South Eddy Street in South Bend from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The school bus driving event will take place on Saturday, July 2 at 3003 N. Bendix Drive in South Bend, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
