The Elkhart Police Department arrested an individual in connection with a shots fired investigation.

Around 1:40 p.m. on Friday, July 9, dispatch received a call indicating that shots were fired and struck a house in the 1300 block of Eden Street.

Elkhart Police Department officers arrived at the scene and arrested a man in the 300 block of E. Indiana Avenue in connection with the shooting. Officers also seized firearms in connection with this arrest.

No injuries were reported.
