A woman says that a man broke into her home, after stalking her for months.

It happened in Elkhart, when police were called to an apartment on Toledo Road, on reports of a break in.

The victim says that she found the man, 26-year-old Diego Jimenez Intzin, in the middle of the night, near her bed.

The Elkhart Truth reports that Jimenez Intezin forced his way in through a window.

The victim says that she knew him from her neighborhood, adding that he found her on Facebook and would message her all night.

Officers found Jimenez Intzin on Sunday and arrested him.

He’s charged with burglary.
