South Bend Police are investigatinga shooting that injured one person and sent them to the hospital.
The shooting happened around 9:40 p.m. on Friday, April 26, on Amhurst Avenue, near the Erskine Park Golf Course.
It’s uncertain how severe the person’s injuries are.
The Violent Crimes Unit is handling the investigation, but there haven’t been any arrests or suspects announced as of early Saturday morning.
