Class action lawsuit against Notre Dame

A class action lawsuit against Notre Dame says their admissions practices are illegal.

The lawsuit says that Notre Dame and 15 other prestigious universities are working together on policies that limit financial aid.

They say that this favors wealthy applicants.

The schools say that the lawsuit doesn’t show tuition being lower if the schools weren’t collaborating.

ABC 57 News reports that universities can work together on admissions practices, as long as they do not base enrollment on how much students can pay.

Welcome to your socialist utopia ND. Keep fielding communists to run in the 2nd congressional district and then wonder why no one wants to pay your dues or yield their children to your world centered indoctrination.
